Houston got quite a surprise yesterday... a whole day of snow! The whole city pretty much took a snow day since Houston drivers are already pretty crazy and bad weather only makes things worse. Russell & I worked about half the day then came home with Claudia. We played, drank hot chocolate and watched the snow fall. It snowed from about 9 in the morning until about 4 in the afternoon, and it was big fat snowflakes, so it was quite a sight! Claudia got to see her first snow, but we don't think she was too impressed. We couldn't really let her get out much because she's still sick, but we took her out this morning to inspect what was left of the snow. She seemed pretty excited about her snowman hat that daddy got her. I'm not big on driving in the snow, but I'd be pretty excited if we got some more snow on Christmas!
